A Middle Bronze Age archaeological culture of Transylvania (central Romania), named after Wietenberg Hill near Sighișoara, contemporary with the Otomani-Füzesabony (this file) and Únětice (already in this dataset) cultures. Its people traded with Mycenaean Greece and produced bronze battle-axes and stone-headed maces.
Replaced by the Noua culture (this file) in Transylvania during the Late Bronze Age.
