Rustamid Imamate

Ibadi Kharijite imamate of the central Maghreb based at Tahart.

The Rustamid Imamate was conquered by the Fatimid army on 26 August 909 CE when Tahart fell; the last imam fled to Ouargla with the Ibadi community, and the imamate was abolished, succeeded by the Fatimid Caliphate.
