Quadi

Germanic people of the middle Danube (modern Moravia/Slovakia) closely associated with the Marcomanni; participated in the Marcomannic Wars and were absorbed into Suebian migrations after the Hunnic invasions.

Disrupted by the Hunnic advance c.376 CE; survivors merged into broader Suebian and Pannonian groups, losing their distinct tribal identity by c.400 CE.
