Japanese-organized collaborationist government proclaimed at Beiping in December 1937 to administer occupied north China — Hebei, northern Henan, Shandong and eastern Shanxi along the railway corridors — under chairman Wang Kemin.
Nominally merged into the Wang Jingwei regime on 30 March 1940, continuing de facto as that regime's North China Political Council until Japan's surrender in August 1945.
