Albania's first government after declaring independence from the Ottoman Empire on 28 November 1912, established by the Assembly of Vlorë under Prime Minister Ismail Qemali; superseded in January 1914 by the International Control Commission ahead of the establishment of the Principality of Albania under Prince Wilhelm of Wied.
Ismail Qemali resigned in January 1914; the International Control Commission (the Great Powers' oversight body) governed the transition to the Principality of Albania, formally established 21 February 1914.
