A Luwian Neo-Hittite state occupying the Amuq plain between Anatolia and Syria, known to the Assyrians as Unqi, conquered by Tiglath-Pileser III in 738 BCE.

Conquered by the Neo-Assyrian Empire under Tiglath-Pileser III in 738 BCE and reorganised as the Assyrian province of Kullania; the formerly independent Neo-Hittite state ceased to exist as a political entity.
