A Bronze Age culture of the Indo-Gangetic Plain, generally dated 2000-1500 BC, extending from eastern Punjab to northeastern Rajasthan and western Uttar Pradesh, India.
Its material tradition is regionally linked to the later Black-and-Red Ware and Painted Grey Ware cultures of the Gangetic plain (the latter flagged separately above).
Covers late/post-Harappan chalcolithic cultures of the Indo-Gangetic Plain, including OCP as a regional contemporary/successor.
