An Early Bronze Age culture centered on the Tisza river settlement of Nagyrév, Hungary, known for cremation burials and black-burnished funnel-necked pottery. Its earliest phase is also known as the Makó culture, part of the broader Vučedol culture sphere.
Existed alongside the Vatya and Hatvan cultures and was eventually superseded by them.
