The German military occupation authority under General Alexander von Falkenhausen covering Belgium plus the French departments of Nord and Pas-de-Calais, established after the Belgian capitulation of 28 May 1940.

Converted to a civilian Reichskommissariat (Reichskommissariat Belgien-Nordfrankreich, Q17015178) in July 1944, weeks before the territory was liberated by the Allies in September 1944.
