A Puuc Maya ceremonial center south of Uxmal, notable for its elaborately carved corbel-arch gateway (El Arco) and El Palacio, one of the longest contiguous structures in the Puuc region, estimated to have housed about 3,000 inhabitants at its height.
Labná existed from roughly 200 to 1000 CE and reached its peak between 800 and 1000, in the Late and Terminal Classic; an inscribed date of 862 CE survives in the palace.
No Labná-specific monograph was found; used as a broad but region-focused fallback since it treats the Puuc cities (Uxmal, Kabah, Sayil, Labná) as a set. Verified on Open Library.
