Short-lived kingdom proclaimed by Nicholas I in 1910; occupied by Austria-Hungary for most of World War I (1916-1918), then annexed by the Kingdom of Serbia in November 1918 following the contested Podgorica Assembly, shortly before the broader Yugoslav unification.
Annexed by/united with the Kingdom of Serbia in November 1918, weeks before Serbia itself merged into the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes (Yugoslavia) on 1 December 1918.
