A Romano-Berber kingdom in Mauretania Sitifensis, around/outside the Hodna Mountains of present-day Algeria, ruled in the 6th century by a king named Ortaias — initially allied with the Byzantine Empire against rival Berber kings Mastigas (Mauro-Roman Kingdom) and Iaudas (Kingdom of the Aurès).

Absorbed by the Eastern Roman (Byzantine) Empire around 539, when the Praetorian prefect of Africa, Solomon, returned its territory 'into Roman power'.
