One of the six ancient South Arabian kingdoms, centered on the Wadi Hadramaut and controlling frankincense trade routes along the southern coast of the Arabian Peninsula.

Conquered c. 300 CE by the expanding Himyarite Kingdom under Shammar Yuhar'ish, which ended Hadramaut's independence and unified South Arabia under Himyarite rule; the Himyarites then styled themselves 'King of Saba, Raidan, Hadramaut and Yamanat.'
