Kingdom founded in 929 by Yang Ganzhen after he deposed and killed Zhao Shanzheng, ruler of the preceding Datianxing. The last and longest-lived (8 years) of the three Yunnan interregnum kingdoms between Nanzhao's fall and the Dali Kingdom's founding.
Overthrown in 937 by Duan Siping, a Tonghai-area military official who led a coalition of Nanzhao loyalists and Bai clans to found the Dali Kingdom.
