A Hindu Brahmin dynasty that ruled Sindh after Chach of Aror usurped the preceding Rai dynasty; its last ruler, Raja Dahir, was defeated by the Umayyad general Muhammad ibn Qasim.

Conquered in 712 CE by the Umayyad Caliphate under Muhammad ibn Qasim, ending independent rule in Sindh.
