Shona Torwa kingdom of southwestern Zimbabwe centered on Khami, a Great Zimbabwe successor.
The Torwa dynasty of Butua was conquered around 1683 by Changamire Dombo, whose Rozvi forces sacked and burned the capital Khami; by Dombo's death c. 1696 all Butua territory was incorporated into the new Rozvi Empire.
