CultureEurope

Widespread Chalcolithic and Early Bronze Age material culture and people identified by distinctive bell-shaped pottery beakers, spanning Atlantic Europe from Iberia to central Europe and the British Isles.

Ceased to be a recognizable pan-European phenomenon by approximately 1800 BCE in most regions, fading out as regional Early Bronze Age cultures emerged, though it persisted in some areas (notably Britain) until around 1650 BCE.
